You might have noticed when calling our office that we have been answering the phone
AB Dick/Offtech for over six months. We have used AB Dick Products as a dba (doing business as) with our corporate name being Offtech of Maine for over 23 years. It is with excitement that we announce our name change Offtech New England. For years you have known us as AB Dick Products Company, with most of our products carrying AB Dick’s name. Three years ago
AB Dick Company was purchased by Presstek and the AB Dick name is appearing on their products less and less.

Like many of you, we have diversified our business to bring on many non- AB Dick products. It is impossible to find one manufacturer capable of filling all the needs of you, our diverse and valued customer. Since we carry a very broad product line, you will start seeing us identified more and more as Offtech New England. Our new web site, which we are hoping to launch in January, will be www.offtechne.com. The people whom you have come to trust and depend on are still here and only the name of the company will change. We will also reach out to a larger geographical area and continue to have resident technicians in other states.

We purchased Church Office Equipment of Portland, Maine in May of this year and acquired a very capable staff that has the same dedication to customer service as you have come to expect from us for the last 23 years. Craig Church, owner and president of Church Office Equipment, is managing our toner based digital products. Craig will work very closely with us to develop strategies and products that will bring toner based solutions to your market. Craig brings 15 years of business experience in the toner digital market.

Offtech New England has no affiliation with a company called Offtech out of Massachusetts that was purchased by Toshiba Corporation a few years ago. We have always been and continue to be independently owned and operated.
