You might have noticed when calling our office that we have been answering the phone
Offtech New England for over a year. We have evolved from AB Dick Products and Church Office Equipment to Offtech New England.

Like many of you we have diversified our business to bring on many new products. It is impossible to find one manufacturer capable of filling all the needs of you, our diverse and valued customer. Since we carry a very broad product line, you will see us identified as Offtech New England. Please visit our web page, www.offtechne.com, is up and running and being improved regularly. The people whom you have come to trust and depend on are still here and only the name of the company has changed. We also reach out to a larger geographical area and will continue to have resident technicians in other states.

We acquired Church Office Equipment of Portland, Maine in May of 2007 and acquired a very capable staff that has the same dedication to customer service as you have come to expect from us for the last 25 years. October 2009 marks our 25th year in business. With the acquisition of Church Office we are better equipped to sell, service and support digital networked printers and Multi Functional Printers (MFP’s). We also offer enhanced software that will allow you to better control costs and help you with equipment decisions. We now offer you the ability to monitor your networked printers through our unique Managed Print Software (MPS) software that automatically alerts you of service issues, toner needs, directs jobs to the most cost efficient printers/copiers and offers your company real time assessments.

Offtech New England has no affiliation with a company called Offtech out of Massachusetts that was purchased by Toshiba Corporation five years ago. We have always been and continue to be independently owned and operated.
